We envision a world where birth is a conscious and profound rite of passage to bring forth new life in love, freedom and peace.
The vision for the Indie Birth Sanctuary and Center for Sacred Life is a sacred space for women to come to and birth. A place and environment that will truly be life changing as women are held in safety and sovereignty. Birth is one of the blood mysteries; the sacred rites of passage that is largely ignored and disrespected in today’s culture. We seek to return birth back to the Mystery.
We also hold respect for the sacred cycle of life and will support many areas of thriving life as we grow and mature the Sanctuary and her land.
This special and sacred offering will also serve as a way to provide hands-on training and in person apprenticeship for authentic midwifery students of the Indie Birth Midwifery School.
The Sanctuary will also provide a safe haven for autonomous birth practitioners who choose to practice their craft of birth attending freely, without being attached to the codes and statutes of the public system through which the MIC (medical industrial complex) has increased its influence and control over those who do this sacred work.
The Indie Birth Sanctuary and Center For Sacred Life is an expression of the Indie Birth Private Society and Indie Birth Private Contract Association. Services are provided to Members Only.
